2024–25 has been a year of transformation for iLAB and the coastal communities we serve.

"Nine years later, iLAB’s roots in Kappakkal Ward are stronger than ever.
From our first sessions with children to launching CLAP for women and DTLP for youth, 2024–25 marks a milestone in our journey toward holistic, community-driven development.
This year, 35 local leaders emerged from within the community — many of them once our students — now leading change in the same spaces they grew up in.

2024–25: A Transformative Year
This year, iLAB became a complete circle — bringing together education, technology, and livelihood in an interconnected community model.
Together, CLAP and DTLP expanded our reach, deepened our impact, and reaffirmed our belief that change grows strongest when it grows from within.
Highlights of the Year
- 34 youth fellows educated 300+ children across 4 neighbourhood hubs
- 75 women gained entrepreneurship and digital work skills through CLAP
- 54 young people completed digital literacy training under DTLP
- Skill Hub established as a permanent community learning space

- 2114 total engagement hours
- 1518 People - community reach
- 1233 sessions held
- 419 project participants
