Who We Are

iLAB (Innovation Laboratory Society) is a non-profit dedicated to helping Kerala’s coastal communities learn, earn, and thrive. Since 2016, we’ve worked alongside children, young people, and women, breaking cycles of poverty, building confidence, and creating opportunities for a brighter future. Our work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a fair shot at education, digital skills, and dignified livelihoods.

Our Mission

To create a sustainable ecosystem where every individual from the coastal community can access dignified livelihoods, embrace their heritage, and drive collective action for lasting change.

Our Vision

A thriving, self-reliant coastal community where everyone has the chance to learn, earn, and lead with dignity.

Our Values

• Community first: We listen, learn, and act together.
• Inclusion: Everyone deserves a chance to grow.
• Empowerment: We believe in building skills for independence.
• Sustainability: We focus on long-term change, not quick fixes.
